MILLETT HALL RENOVATION

DESCRIPTION:
The project involved the design and rehabilitation of Millett Hall on the main campus of Wright State University. The existing building, consisting of 167,560 gross sq. ft., will be renovated to house the College of Liberal Arts, as well as other miscellaneous University functions. Millett Hall is one of the original four buildings at Wright State and was constructed in 1966. The project included:
• Classrooms and Computer Labs
• Conference Rooms
• Student Lounge and Study Rooms
• Student Services
• Office Service / Support Areas
• Flexible Spaces
• Faculty and College Offices
• Lobby and Reception Area
• Voice, Data & Video Communications
• Infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, Technology) Upgrades
• Long Distance Learning
• New Entry with Site Work and Landscaping

$11.2 Million ($66.85/sq. ft.)
